Transparency & Proper Oversight is the issue...

We need to clarify the meaning & the intention of our last post concerning the appointment of Tabatha Lenzini as our newly appointed Code Enforcement Officer.

Tabatha Lenzini, was appointed to a position within our city government in May of 2025. She comes to us as a 31 year employee with the Department of Commerce & Insurance with the state of Missouri. Tabatha has received awards and accolades from the department for her loyalty & unwavering performance within the department. Working for the state, in the Department Of Commerce & Insurance, for over three decades is quite an accomplishment and we are lucky to have her in the employ of the city of Macon.

Since Mrs. Lenzini has been a part of our city government she has worn several hats at once. She has been Deputy City Clerk, City Assessor, point of contact for "The Board Of Adjustment", as well as being appointed our new Code Enforcement Officer. What this tells us is that Mrs. Lenzini is a very valuable & important member of our Macon City Government. In fact, she may be a key figure in restoring the eroded trust of the citizens of our city.

It does not matter who wins the mayoral election on Tuesday, Mrs. Lenzini will be working closely with the new mayor & the city council. Without her organizational skills Macon could return to total chaos, where we have been for the past several years. We welcome her into our government & she has our utmost respect and admiration.

If Mr. Holman is elected as our mayor the burden will be on the new mayor & Lenzini, to be extremely careful, diligent & transparent in all of their actions. While there may be no actual violations of Nepotism laws, or legal conflicts of interest, their may be speculations of impropriety from disgruntled citizens due to the familial ties between Holman & Lenzini. This possible negative speculation by citizens is what happens when deception & disregard for transparency is the norm from the current city council & the mayor.

If Pat Nasi is elected as our new mayor there will be natural oversight in place. The family ties between Holman and Lenzini, will not be of any significance. The decision of who becomes our next mayor is in the hands of the citizens of Macon.

Nobody can blame the citizens of Macon for being disgusted and frustrated with the Macon City Government. The fact that there have been no minutes of city council meetings posted for the last three months of 2025 is a major issue. Continual closed session council meetings with no disclosure or posted minutes is a problem. The fact that city council minutes for May of 2025 were not made available to the public for 109 days is inexcusable. If the citizens of Macon are not outraged that itself would be a major problem.

Mr. Nosmo King & I met when we were both working as contractors for Raytheon, ( in the Philippines ) 30 years ago. We were working on the new construction of the military base in General Santos City, installing digital assets and highly sensitive electronic equipment to track activities at the port & the base itself.

Mr. King and I became fast friends and have worked together throughout the Pacific Rim, as well as at NASA here in the USA. We then worked in conjunction with the Attorney General's Office in Florida exposing Medicaid Fraud ( by providers not recipients ). We compiled independent investigations that led to the arrest, conviction and imprisonment of both licensed & unlicensed "general contractors" that were abusing the Medicaid system & defrauding Medicaid recipients & the tax payers.

As you can imagine, we have faced our share of death threats and threats of violence against us and our families. We do not take this lightly and we do push back. In the thousands of views we have garnered on this blog in the past five weeks we have only had a few personal threats of violence. Please know that we take these threats very seriously and we know EXACTLY who you are. You can use a VPN and/or post anonymously on Facebook or other platforms and we will identify you immediately. If warranted we will involve the FBI or local authorities.

As investigative journalists we exercise our first amendment rights of free speech. As citizens of the United States and the state of Missouri, we exercise our 2nd amendment right to bear arms and defend ourselves, our families, our homes & our properties without hesitation. We welcome all input, comments, suggestions and normal discourse from our fellow citizens of Macon.

We will be watching closely what goes on in our city & we will be sharing the information that we collect with all of you on this website...
