In case you care or your wondering what my views on national politics are I am sad to say that I am upset & disillusioned & disappointed with both parties ...
At almost 70 years old I feel as though I am living in a dystopian nightmare and I can't wake up. Citizens are being slaughtered in the streets by masked, untrained, unqualified
& unidentified agents. Holding American citizens & anyone with brown skin and an accent in detention camps. People are being denied "habeas corpus" which prevents arbitrary, secret, or indefinite imprisonment by the government.
The Democrats cosplaying that they care but with no real leadership or pushback. Both the Democratic & Republican parties are funded by AIPAC which is why we send billions of dollars to Israel. Oligarchs get to run the narrative controlling both parties that result in manipulation of our elections. AIPAC formed their own "sub- PAC" in 2021 funneling over $100 million dollars to the greedy hands of our elected officials that pledge to support massive continual funding to Israel.
We have now been set straight by the leader of what used to be the free world that we can no longer legally carry a firearm without risk of execution by ICE. Freedom of speech is being outlawed as well. I love my country but without the constitution and democracy we have no framework in which to live our lives in happiness, prosperity & safety.
